Slow Cooker Mexican Pot Roast

This is one of my favorite recipes and it is so, so easy.

Mexican Pot Roast
1 3 lb. chuck roast
1 envelope taco seasoning
1/2 c water

Place meat in greased slow cooker. Combine taco seasoning and water and pour over meat. Cover and cook on low 10-12 hours. Remove roast to cutting board and shred with two forks and return to slow cooker. Serve with tortillas or taco shells and your favorite taco toppings. Yum!
