Just Between Friends Spring Sales Event

JBF's Spring Sales Event starts April 15th amd runs through April 17th at the Phil Long Expo Center. If you have children's items and/or maternity items that you no longer need and would like to sell or if you're in need of these items, you DO NOT want to miss out on this great opportunity. Here's the scoop:

How the Just Between Friends Sale works:
............................................................................................................

Consignors prepare their items before the sale and drop them off to us on Tuesday or Wednesday. Consignors do not have to work the sale or stay with their items.
Just Between Friends handles all of the marketing, staffing, and set up of the sale. Consignors receive a check for 65% of the selling price of their items.
Consignors shop before we open the sale to the general public. This gets you great access to the best items at the sale. Volunteers shop before consignors, and before we open to the general public. Volunteering to work at the sale gets you first access to all of the items at the sale and 70% of the selling price of their items if they choose to consign. The sale is open to the public starting on Thursday morning and goes through Saturday afternoon. Saturday, we will have a 1/2 price sale on many of the items at the sale. Consignors themselves determine which of their items are included in the 1/2 price sale. Consignors pick up their unsold items on Saturday evening, after the sale, or may choose to donate them to our charity partner.

  1. Okay, Shellie, with our baby "right around the corner," I'm very interested to hear from someone who gets involved in this sale. It's not time for us to begin gathering our baby items yet, but this time next year, we'll hopefully be putting together a nursery! If you know of anyone who consigns/shops/volunteers at this sale, can you connect me with them? I would love to hear what their experience is like.

Keep up the good work, Shell. I appreciate all of your tips very much!

  2. Becky,
I happen to know that many, many people are HUGE fans of JBF. Items are reasonably priced and there is always an abundance of great, gently used clothing for your little one. We continue to pray that your adoption process goes smoothly.
Glad you're enjoying the blog. Thanks so much for reading!
