I love Walgreens. Before I learned to be frugal, I hated Walgreens and only went there when one of us was sick, usually to pick up some medicine or a prescription. But, now, I stop by Walgreens just to browse the great Register Reward deals every week. Tonight was an especially fun trip because I purchased lots of "stuff" and left the store $2.93 richer! Take a look:
Here's what I got:
10 Stuffed Hello Kitties with Jelly Bellys, marked down from $6.99 to $1.75 (75% off)

4 Bags of Hershey's Pieces @ $3.00 each
Used 2 Coupons for $1/1
Total: $10.00
Received $5 Register Reward
2 Bags of Haribo Gummy Bears

1 Gilette Fusion Razor $8.99
Used Coupon for $4/1
Received $4 Register Reward
Total: $4.99
I used $6 in Manufacturer Coupons and $28.50 in Register Rewards from last month's Walgreens trips. My total out of pocket (including tax) for all of these items was $6.07 and I received $9 back in Register Rewards, which means that I made a profit of $2.93! Woo Hoo!
Here's how it broke down, according to my receipt:
Subtotal: $4.24
7.4% Sales Tax: $1.83
Total: $6.07
Walgreens Advertised Savings: $52.72
Manufacturer Coupons, Including Register Rewards: $34.50
Total Savings: $87.22 + $9 in additional RRs
